Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified SAP Program Manager.
Role Responsibilities:
Run a large team (about 100) that supports production systems for SAP and non-SAP Applications
Must handle Incident management, Enhancement Management and Problem Management experiences
Lead day-to-day client connects
Monthly Status review Meetings with Customers
Building Continuous Service Improvement ideas with the team, and tracking them to closure
Enabling Automation for IT and Business processes
Supervise contractual obligations along with SMO team
End to end responsibility for better customer experience with application support team
Onboarding/offboarding tracking
Required Qualifications:
15 years of experience in SAP Delivery and Project Management and 5 years as a manager
Prior experience and background with an SAP area, such as SAP Logistics, FICO, MM, SD or ABAP
