Role: SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager
Hire Type: 11 Months Contract or Fulltime Hire– client is fine for both kind of hiring (Depending on candidate hiring eligibility)
Location: Kohler, WI – Hybrid: must be willing to work 3 days per week onsite or willing to relocate close to Kohler, WI
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified SAP Program Manager.
Role Responsibilities:
- Run a large team (about 100) that supports production systems for SAP and non-SAP Applications
- Must handle Incident management, Enhancement Management and Problem Management experiences
- Lead day-to-day client connects
- Monthly Status review Meetings with Customers
- Building Continuous Service Improvement ideas with the team, and tracking them to closure
- Enabling Automation for IT and Business processes
- Supervise contractual obligations along with SMO team
- End to end responsibility for better customer experience with application support team
- Onboarding/offboarding tracking
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in SAP Delivery and Project Management and 5 years as a manager
- Prior experience and background with an SAP area, such as SAP Logistics, FICO, MM, SD or ABAP
