Citrix Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Citrix Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Citrix VDI and Windows Server administration. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and implementing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Window Server administration

Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Citrix VDI environments, including Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
Capacity Planning: Plan and manage resources to ensure adequate capacity for current and future needs.
Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
Security Management: Ensure the Citrix VDI environment is secure by implementing best practices, patching vulnerabilities, and managing user access.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the Citrix VDI environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new systems and solutions.
Ensure high availability and performance of virtualized environments.
