Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Citrix VDI and Windows Server administration.
The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and implementing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Citrix VDI
Window Server administration

Responsibilities :

System Management : Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Citrix VDI environments, including Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.

Capacity Planning : Plan and manage resources to ensure adequate capacity for current and future needs.

Backup & Recovery : Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.

Security Management : Ensure the Citrix VDI environment is secure by implementing best practices, patching vulnerabilities, and managing user access.

Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of the Citrix VDI environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Primary Skills :

Candidate MUST have knowledge of :

General Responsibilities :

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new systems and solutions.

Ensure high availability and performance of virtualized environments.

Participate in on-call support for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
