CloudRay, Inc., with over 25 years of experience, is a well-established consulting and staffing firm based in East Windsor, NJ. We are actively seeking experienced Sales Consultants in Light Industrial (Manufacturing/Construction/ Warehouse) Staffing on an urgent basis. Candidates with Sales experience in any industry are encouraged to apply.
This is a Hybrid position, and candidates at all levels - Junior, Mid, and Executive are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and acquire new clients in light industrial (Manufacturing/Construction/ Warehouse) staffing industry by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships.
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.
- Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- ·Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales in any industry.
- Experience in Sales in Industrial (Manufacturing/Construction/ Warehouse) Staffing preferred.
- Ability to use existing connections to quickly bring in new clients and opportunities.
- Ability to travel to potential clients and existing client offices to spread word of mouth, business growth is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Candidate should be residing in New Jersey and willing to commute to our New Jersey Office.
