About Clouds:
Clouds is a European-style café and events venue offering a cozy, creative space for students, locals, and visitors. We host themed dinners, brunches, and immersive experiences while serving great food, coffee. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to join the journey and assist the director of operations in the day-to-day operations and business development efforts.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and flexible individual to work closely with the director of operations of Clouds, in supporting both daily operations and long-term growth projects. This is a dynamic role that blends administrative work, hands-on help during events, and creative contributions to help take Clouds to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the director of operations with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and task coordination
- Help manage and improve café operations and customer service flow
- Support in planning and executing themed events, private bookings, and experiences
- Conduct research and outreach for partnerships, collaborations, or promotional opportunities
- Help manage internal documents, inventories, and timelines
- Contribute creative ideas for new offerings, events, or business initiatives
- Occasionally step in to support with café tasks (if needed during busy times)

- Organized, adaptable, and proactive — comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
- Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit

- Motivated to take on more responsibility over time and potentially move into a leadership role within the company
- Interest in business operations, entrepreneurship, or event planning
- Willing to get hands-on and learn different aspects of the business
- Comfortable working closely with the director of operations and small team
- Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, or social media tools is a bonus
