Position Title: Intervention Specialist
Location(s): Southwest Columbus OH
Hours/Shift: M-F 37.5hr/week
Job Description/Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate teacher for a full-time position in Westerville, OH for the 24-25 school year. It is a 6th-8th grade classroom with about 8 students. You will be working with students with behavioural disabilities. Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth; develop or modify curriculum and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to match student ability levels; provide direct services to students with behavioural disabilities.
Qualifications:
Must:
- Prior teaching experience
- ABA or Special Education experience
- Must have a Mild/Moderate intervention specialist license in OH
Plus:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Mild/Moderate Intervention specialist license
Disqualifiers:
Does not have intervention specialists license
