What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Clove Dental?
We are looking for a scheduler who can manage the daily schedules of our dental staff. This role requires someone computer saavy with dental experience.
You will be in charge of updating schedules across several dental offices, pushing them to When I Work, and responding to staff requests.
This role requires real-time feedback, calling and staying in touch with staff, and preparing for working interviews / moving staff as needed. There are guidelines on staffing per office but it requires someone quick who understands the needs of each office as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
