Job description
Clover Internal Medicine Associates is a medical clinic in the Fort Worth Medical District. We're proud of our excellent Google ratings. We are seeking to hire an individual who can fit as a team and can cover two locations: Fort Worth and Aledo. Responsibilities will include but not limited to---
- Management of multi-line phone system, and triaging patient questions to the appropriate channels
- Verifying health insurances for office visits and procedures
- Verifying health insurances for new patient office visit
- Scheduling new and existing patients
- Accurately collecting copays, coinsurances, cash/credit cards.
- Collecting outstanding fees and balances
- Effective communication with patients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills, exhibits professionalism at all times.
- Accurately documenting conversations with patients
- Management of Front Office inventory, organization, and cleanliness.
- Ability to operate office equipment: fax machine, printer, Apple and Dell computers, Microsoft Word/Excel, emailing, and Clover POS.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Billing certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent time management.
- Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times (HIPAA)
- Dependable with attendance and able to multitask.
- Conscientious

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
