Healthcare Services LPN

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents/patients. This includes:

1. Assisting CNAs in performing ADLs and routine care
2. Conducting resident/patient treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Administering medication according to physician orders and Plan of Care
4. Submitting pharmacy orders in a timely manner
5. Accurately documenting and recording all information related to patient care
6. Giving injections of medication as prescribed
7. Observing resident health and communicating current condition to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
8. Taking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
9. Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
10. Managing IVs, starting IV drips
11. Maintaining accurate records of fluid/food intake and output
12. Observing and reporting resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
13. Assisting as directed in the admissions process
