What You Will Do
- Manage and prioritize sales leads to support the sales team.
- Process phone calls and email requests quickly and accurately.
- Analyze competitor processing statements using math skills and Excel.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while being able to work independently.
- Communicate effectively and engage clients via phone and email.
- 1 years of experience in a customer service role.
- 1 years of experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 1 years of experience in mathematics.
- 1 years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer service approach.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in handling requests and processes.
