About the Opportunity
Cloverdale Foods offers an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Leadership Position to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient workflows, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency, develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, sales, and support teams to align inventory and distribution with business needs, building strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comprehensive understanding of industry and job-specific knowledge, skills, and practices.
- 6 years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar leadership role in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
- Certifications in warehouse management, inventory control such as CPIM, CSCP, familiarity with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, or other relevant operational, health, and safety standards, regulatory compliance with a personal commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, strong leadership, management experience, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
