Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community organizations to enhance the visibility of Aliceville Manor Nursing Home.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries about admissions, providing timely and accurate information about our services, programs, and policies.
- Coordinate and oversee the admission process, including pre-admission assessments, documentation, and communication with families and residents.
- Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
- Represent Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote our mission and services.
- Monitor census levels and develop strategies to maintain optimal occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or a related field (experience in long-term care is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid, is preferred.
