Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team. The ideal candidate can be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with strong leadership skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
Key Details:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (No weekend rotation)
- Facility: 84-bed skilled nursing facility
- Patient Focus: Post-hospital short-term rehab and long-term care
- Licensure: Candidates must hold an active license (new graduates cannot be considered at this time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality therapy services aligned with patients' care plans.
- Collaborate with facility staff and administration to support resident well-being.
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a PT, OTR, or PTA.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
