Duration : 1 year plus ongoing extensions
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network connectivity, including DNS and firewall configurations
- Set up and configure mobile devices for users
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document all support activities in the ticketing system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
