SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
As the Senior HRBP, you will be the trusted advisor and HR leader for key functions within our company, ensuring both strategic alignment and operational execution of all HR initiatives. This hands-on role will balance big-picture talent strategies with the day-to-day responsibilities of HR operations, including employee relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, and contribute to an exciting, fast-paced company that has remained stable and growing despite industry challenges.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a strategic partner – Advise leadership on HR programs, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Drive talent success – Oversee succession planning and leadership development to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Foster an engaging culture – Promote performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development programs.
- Ensure compliance & HR operations excellence – Manage employee relations and policy implementation
- Collaborate & innovate – Work with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Corporate Functions to align HR practices with business needs.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Position is a hybrid onsite role, reporting to Club Car’s Chief HR Officer (CHRO). Interfaces directly with / dotted-line reporting relationship to VPs of designated functions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, legal, or related field required
- 7 years progressive HR roles
- Possesses a proven track record of demonstrated excellence across a range of HR functional skills, with a focus on people development and employee communications
- Must be knowledgeable of HR systems and tools; proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software
- Excellent employee relations knowledge with ability to educate and coach leaders
- Strong analytical skill set and data-oriented mind-set
- Must be capable of working in fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment
DESIRED TRAITS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification highly preferred
- 5 years of large ($500M ) organizational experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Honesty and integrity
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to deal with and manage uncertainty / change
