Job Title : Esthetician – Brow and Lash Artist
Job Purpose
- Provide quality services to members and non-members
- Represent Club Fit in a positive, service-oriented manner by providing genuine hospitality
Operations
Greet clients and ask about their goals or specific concerns for the sessionDuring client intake, inquire about any medical conditions, medications, and injuries, and pay close attention to any concerns that may be contraindicated for treatmentPromote additional sessions by handing out business cards with the schedule and encouraging follow-upsMaintain a good rapport with members, clients, and co-workersDemonstrate a commitment to embracing the neighborhood by promoting facial services, making telephone calls to ensure repeat business, interacting with club members, following up with clients, and actively seeking referralsBe prompt for all shiftsWork all assigned shifts or arrange for adequate coverage in any absenceShow attention to detailStrive for customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term client retention in line with company goalsPerform other duties as assignedDepartment Strategy and Communication
Ensure proper and clear communication with members, co-workers, and managementCheck e-mail regularly for departmental updates and shift availabilityUse internal websites for club offerings and staff accessPartner with MOD for assistance with member / staff situationsBe knowledgeable of all Club Fit programs and schedulesProfessional and Technical Knowledge
Professional CertificationNYS Esthetician License
OtherAttend mandatory staff meetings and trainings as set forth by Spa Services Manager
Must have current NYS License referenced above at all timesTeam Work
Restock the linens at the end of shift and return soiled linens to the laundry roomWipe down counters and report any housekeeping issues to MOD (Manager on Duty)If you are not booked :Check with the desk, as you may be booked while you are in a session
When no appointment, ask the desk staff to announce available appointment timesAnnounce availability for the open hour. The desk staff should still be making announcements for available appointments for the next hour(s)Participate in club events and staff meetingsJob Requirements

Direct Line to Spa Services ManagerPay Range :
50-$60 / per hour commensurate with experience (This is based off of a commission of 50% of services)Additional Compensation :
