Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
