We are seeking a District Manager (NY / NJ) to lead the operational execution of a district of stores to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive profitable top-line sales growth. They play a key role in growing our brand, fostering our company culture, and creating a high performance selling culture within their team. They live our values and represent the brand in their behaviors.

Partner with the Regional Manager to oversee the development and execution of sales strategies and profit goalsPerform store KPI analysis, assess the results, adjust and communicate stales strategies accordinglyManage payroll, margins and communicate company pricing strategiesManage, train and motivate existing sales team to achieve and exceed both company and store benchmarked goalsLead with professionalism and behaviors guided by the Company ValuesExperience, Skills & Knowledge
3 - 5 years of previous multi-unit management experience, preferably in apparel retailExcellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environmentStrong English communication - verbal and writtenExcellent time management / project skillsStrong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detailAbility to recognize and react to changing work demandsComfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely mannerGoal oriented : ability to stay focused on creating winning resultsDedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales ProductivitySchedule flexibility to include evening and weekends where neededAbility to travel, conduct on-site store visits and attend meetings as requiredSalary : $100,000-120,000
