Facilities Manager - Club Northwest
As a Facilities Manager at Club Northwest, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is essential in providing an exceptional environment for our members and supporting our mission of promoting the wellbeing of all who visit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Lead facility projects, ensuring budgets and timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets related to facilities operations and optimize resources.
- Lead the hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred, or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe after hire.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Familiarity with software used to track and manage facility maintenance tasks (CMMS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and ability to interpret building system schematics.
- Strong communication skills and leadership experience.
- CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Physical Demands
- Frequent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and carrying equipment.
Compensation
- FLSA exempt position with a salary range of $48,000 - $52,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure after a successful 90-day introductory period.
