Club Northwest is looking for a dynamic and certified Spin Instructor to join our team and inspire our members through exhilarating spin classes.
Job Description:
As a Spin Instructor at Club Northwest, you will lead high-energy spin classes that motivate and challenge participants of all fitness levels. You will create a positive and supportive environment where members can achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals while enjoying their workout experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and results-oriented spin classes that emphasize proper form, technique, and safety.
- Develop and implement class routines that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
- Motivate participants throughout the class to maximize their effort and enjoyment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of spin bikes and studio equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting members and assisting with their fitness inquiries.
- Collaborate with the group fitness team to promote spin classes and encourage member participation.
- Stay current with industry trends and certifications related to spin instruction.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Spin or Indoor Cycling from a recognized organization, Les Mills RPM preferred.
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Previous experience teaching spin classes preferred, and enthusiastic beginners will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
- Ability to create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Flexible schedule availability, with a focus on weekday early mornings.
