Club Pilates is the largest and most well-known Pilates brand in the world, and we’re excited to bring mindful movement to the Granger community with the opening of our brand-new studio this June. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about health and wellness, experienced in boutique fitness, and ready to help us build a thriving studio from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team—helping to shape the studio’s culture, grow a loyal member base, and introduce the benefits of Pilates to the Granger area.

Who You Are:

You’re passionate about connecting people to movement and believe in the power of Pilates to transform lives. You’re warm, approachable, and deeply committed to creating a positive studio experience. You understand boutique fitness and have a proven track record of driving memberships, building community, and navigating the unique energy of opening a new studio.

You’re confident on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and energized by introducing people to something you truly believe in. You thrive when working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment—and you're ready to grow with a team that values both performance and heart.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Club Pilates in the community as the friendly face of our new studio
• Call and connect with potential members, sharing the benefits of Pilates and inviting them to try a class
• Make 50 outreach contacts daily (calls, texts, and emails) during the studio's pre-sale and launch
• Welcome every guest and help them feel at home, whether it's their first class or their fiftieth
• Lead local outreach efforts to build brand awareness and establish community partnerships
• Guide prospects through trial classes and membership options with care and confidence
• Oversee front desk and sales processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Support pre-opening events, community pop-ups, and in-studio promotions
• Collaborate with studio ownership and instructors to maintain a consistent and high-quality experience
• Help create a culture of inclusion, inspiration, and movement

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of boutique fitness or wellness sales experience preferred
• Experience helping open or grow a new fitness studio is a major plus
• A genuine passion for Pilates, health, and empowering others
• Warm, professional phone presence and excellent follow-through
• Comfortable with CRM/sales software and detail-oriented with scheduling and leads
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, but also a strong team player
• Willingness to attend local events and engage in grassroots marketing
• Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings/weekends as needed
