Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional level of customer service to prospects and members
- Create an environment of support and encouragement
- Greet members, manage class check-ins, announce monthly promotions
- Contact prospects via face-to-face, phone, text and email communication
- Engage with prospects to determine fitness goals, develop rapport and book intro classes
- Sell memberships; learn and understand the options, effectively communicate them to prospects, overcome objections and close sale
- Help onboard new members
- Provide assistance and information on product features and membership details
- Become proficient with the client management software to troubleshoot member account inquiries and issues including class credits, billing details, cancellations, upgrades and downgrades, etc.
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Engage members in Retail to increase sales
- Develop sales skills through consistent training and roleplaying
- Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio
Compensation & Perks:
- This position is paid hourly plus sales commission
- Free Pilates classes available to all employees outside of work hours
