POSITION:
The Front Desk role is key in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall studio operations. While there are some responsibilities related to membership growth, this is not a primarily sales-focused position. Your duties include checking in members, assisting with Demo Class bookings, and helping with day-to-day studio functions. Pilates experience is a plus, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate the Club Ready software system
- Availability for early morning shifts
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
- Basic computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct tours of the facility, answering questions and providing information about class offerings
- Check in members as they arrive for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Assist with membership sign-ups and booking Demo Classes
- Promote the club’s fitness and wellness services
- Support daily operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform other tasks as needed to keep the studio running smoothly
