As our Lead Instructor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our studio’s success while doing what you love!
What You’ll Do:
- Teach engaging, high-energy group and private Pilates sessions using Reformer, Chair, TRX, and other apparatus.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring other instructors to maintain the highest teaching standards.
- Build a strong sense of community and connection among clients and staff.
- Oversee class scheduling and instructor coordination to ensure an optimal experience for our members.
- Stay ahead of the curve—train on new Club Pilates methodologies and continue advancing your expertise.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-tier team of instructors.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy studio environment that keeps members coming back.
- Participate in community events, local outreach, and social media engagement to help grow the studio.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience with a comprehensive certification (450 hours).
- Lives in or near Stockton and has strong connections with local instructors—we want someone who knows the community!
- A natural leader who can inspire and uplift both clients and staff.
- Strong understanding of Pilates anatomy, body mechanics, and safety standards.
- Experience in group instruction and a knack for creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.
- High-energy, professional, and obsessed with helping clients reach their goals.
- Willing to go above and beyond to create an amazing studio experience.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
