What You’ll Be DoingSales & Membership Growth
- Guide potential members through the sales process, confidently overcoming objections and securing memberships.
- Manage and follow up with leads using Club Ready CRM, ensuring every prospect has an outstanding experience.
- Support the studio in achieving monthly sales goals by actively driving new memberships and renewals.
- Educate prospects and members on the benefits of Pilates, our class offerings, and private training packages.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Take charge of grassroots marketing, creating partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand brand awareness.
- Represent Club Pilates at community events, pop-ups, and networking functions to generate new leads.
- Assist in social media and promotional campaigns to drive studio traffic and member engagement.
Studio Operations & Leadership
- Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Work closely with the General Manager to execute business strategies and studio goals.
- Lead by example, delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering a positive studio culture.
- Handle member retention efforts, managing cancellations and providing solutions that encourage continued membership.
Customer Relationship Management & Retention
- Use Club Ready CRM to track and nurture leads, keeping engagement high and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Develop strong relationships with members, creating a studio environment where they feel valued and supported.
- Handle member concerns with professionalism and provide creative solutions to increase satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring to the Team
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in fitness, hospitality, or a membership-based business.
- Experience with CRM software (Club Ready preferred) and the ability to manage leads efficiently.
- Passion for fitness and community engagement, with a strong ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
