As the Lead Sales Associate at Club Pilates, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire clients and help our studio continue to thrive. You’ll be the face of the business, ensuring the clients’ experience is exceptional while overseeing the daily operations of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Foster a welcoming, friendly, and motivational environment for all members, ensuring that their experience is top-notch from the moment they enter the studio.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Sales and Membership Growth: Drive studio membership growth by promoting memberships, retail sales, and private sessions. Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Community Building: Represent the brand in the local community by developing partnerships, hosting events, and creating a sense of belonging for members.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for health, fitness, and wellness with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and promoting services in a retail or fitness environment.
• A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Pilates experience is a bonus but not required—we offer full training!
