Sales Representative - Local VA Only

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Graduate (or GED). DO NOT APPLY IF STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL.
• Long Term (4-5 months min.)
• 2- 3 years sales experience (fitness/gym membership preferred but not required)
• Ability to work nights and some weekends (every other Saturday for 2 hours).
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn prospect/client management systems (ex: Club Ready). Experience with other CRM's a plus.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
• Must have excellent public speaking skills/writing skills
• Must have proficient computer skills (typing)
• MUST LIVE IN VIRGINA (PREFERABLY 8 MILES OR LESS AWAY)
• Confidence and outgoing personality a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute lead follow up via phone, text, and email. Gather referrals from members.
• Sell memberships on phone, in person, or after free intro class.
• Establish a relationship and target individual’s needs and wants and overcome objections.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality intro appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Other duties as assigned (cleaning) etc.
