Position Overview:
The Assistant Tennis Professional is responsible for assisting the Tennis Director with all Club tennis activity programming, including developing and promoting racquets programs for all age groups.
Day-to-Day
• Organize tennis clinics and private lessons that encourage participation in the Club’s tennis activities.
• Promote tennis memberships to all potential prospects.
• Act as the Club’s Tennis Ambassador to enhance the value of the club and tennis programs.
• Maintain courts in a professional manner and ensure that the environment is safe for all those who use the facility.
• Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.
• Pickelball preferred but not required.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years as a Tennis Professional
• High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree Preferred.
• USPTA or USPTR or willing to become certified.
• Experience at the club level with organizing and running social events for members preferred but not required.
• Experience with ROGY programs
About You
- Customer service experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
