Role: Agency Account Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the beverage and lifestyle industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their unique brand identities and market goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve client objectives, specifically related to branding and product distribution.
- Manage client projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of creative and strategic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upselling, particularly within the client's portfolio of brands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and detailed performance reports.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities within the beverage and lifestyle sectors. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, utilizing CRM systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Prior marketing/advertising agency experience.
- Strong understanding of brand building, marketing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for the beverage and lifestyle industry. Existing relationships within the Philadelphia hospitality scene is a plus.
