Clutch is looking for an experienced Business Development Director with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.
- Manage the sales cycle, from contact to closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities, focusing on industry targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and account management.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and pipeline analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar required.
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar in a marketing agency setting.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing client accounts.
