Winebrenner Capital Management is a growing SEC Registered Investment Adviser located in Louisville, KY. Our firm is unique in that we have a real estate division that specializes in real estate partnerships in which our clients can invest. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to oversee and assist in the growth and development of our commercial and multifamily real estate projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time position for the Business Development Director at Winebrenner Capital Management LLC's office located in Louisville, Kentucky. The role will be onsite but will also include traveling to our local properties as needed. The Business Development Director role will include a variety of duties which may include overseeing due diligence on properties, contracts, obtaining and nurturing relationships with vendors, business partners, and investors, and interfacing with architects, engineers, and property management companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or multifamily real estate.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to mulitask
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Experience in high-end sales preferred
- Ability to work efficiently as a team or independently
- At least one year of experience in commercial or multifamily real estate
- Experience with the real estate development process
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or similar field preferred
- Driver’s license and personal means of transportation
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Evaluate and negotiate opportunities for new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Oversee due diligence of developments
- Source new investors, investment channels, and strategic relationships
- Maintain and expand current investor relationships
- Interface with property management companies, leasing agents, and other business partners
- Oversee leases and contracts
- Report to and work closely with Executive Management

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
