Clutch is looking for an experienced Business Development Director with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Manages lead generation and growth.
- Leads the new business program end to end.
- Conducts data analysis and presentations to new business clients.
- Communicates with potential clients via mail, phone, email/CRM, and in person to generate new business.
- Collaborates to identify new business opportunities and develop new business strategies.
- Develops new business strategies.
- Provides business recommendations and process improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with an advertising, media, or marketing agency required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
