Clutch has a client looking for a Media Supervisor with media agency experience.
Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning initiatives, including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development.
• Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation.
• Develop tactical plans, recommendations, and negotiate with various channels (digital, TV, audio, social, programmatic)
• Collaborate with key partners (clients, internal teams, and leadership) to foster strong relationships.
• Support the development of strategic approaches and experience design by providing channel ideas and historical performance insights.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and ensure delivery of KPIs.
• Implement paid campaigns across online, offline, and social media channels.
• Manage asset tracking, delivery, and confirmation.
• Maintain implementation best practices and best-in-class examples.
• Be hands-on with Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Manage and develop Associates and Senior Associates.
• Review opportunities with industry experts, educate the team, and evaluate industry trends and research needs.
• Facilitate media relationships to advance understanding of existing and emerging markets and industry.
• Contribute to the overall development of the Media department's goals and vision.
• Stay updated on industry shifts (content integration/personalization, AI) and upskill accordingly.
• Promote and shape the agency's values and ethics.
• Explore and leverage AI tools and models (ChatGPT, Perplexity) to advance media strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of how vendors utilize AI in media-related ways.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or similar.
• 1 years of experience in the financial category preferred.
• 3-5 years of media planning experience across offline and online channels.
• Experience in social, programmatic, mobile, direct site, native, and digital OOH.
• 1 years of media implementation/execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms preferred.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience managing teams.
