Clutch has a client looking for an Account Director with advertising or marketing agency experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs across channels including digital, branding, experiential, traditional.
- Lead internal team to ensure quality campaign execution.
- Resolve team issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the accounts team.
- Oversee all client accounts.
- Collaborate to optimize campaigns and stay up to date on trends.
- Manage client expectations and oversee campaign delivery.
- Approve pitches, strategy, budget, timelines.
- Manage client contracts, billing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop account acquisition and strategies to drive growth.
- Network to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar
- 8-10 years of experience managing teams in a marketing or advertising agency setting
- Experience developing 360-degree marketing campaigns and brand building
- Leadership skills and ability to support team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Keynote, and project management tools
- Experience in entertainment, music, or event brands is preferred
- Willingness to undergo background checks
