Clutch is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated paid social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Lead the planning and buying process, optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering their professional development.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid social media.
• Develop and present compelling client presentations that demonstrate campaign value and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, PR, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign success.
Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience in paid social media marketing within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing paid social media budgets and achieving client objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Passion for the ever-evolving social media landscape and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
