Clutch is looking for a Data Scientist at the Associate Principal level with experience in the retail and home improvement spce.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and shape the strategic direction of data science initiatives, aligning them with client business objectives.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methodologies to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative data-driven solutions, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science and analytics, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and publications.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of data science models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
