Clutch is looking for a Director of Business Development on behalf of our agency client in Louisville, KY.
Summary:
Drive revenue growth and establish a competitive new business development program through strategic market analysis, brand management, and marketing expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new revenue and lead the agency's new business program.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Develop and execute new business strategies, including proposals and presentations.
• Manage brand identity, product launches, and marketing communications.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and manage at least one agency account.
• Partner with internal teams and build external business/media contacts.
• Analyze program effectiveness and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• 10 years of marketing experience (brand, advertising, digital).
• Proven success in new business development.
• Strong strategic, communication, and project management skills.
• Community involvement and established network preferred.
• Must have agency experience.
