Clutch is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for an agency client of ours.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share across various social media platforms.
- Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage social media budgets and measure ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have prior agency experience.
