We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our Geneva, Ohio, location. Direct Support Professionals (DSP) will provide day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. The DSP position is full-time with day shift hours, Monday through Friday, and does not require weekends or evening work.

- Responsibilities :
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities, day-hab, and vocational services
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the health and safety of clients
- Provide quality care and support to clients to enhance their quality of life
- Uphold standards of professionalism and compassion in all interactions with clients
- Qualifications :
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Ability to meet criminal background check requirements
- Compassionate nature and willingness to learn and grow in the role
