- Employee, Customer, and Vendor Management Act as the primary point of executive contact for IT-related inquiries from internal IT employees, IT customers (Clyde Employees throughout the enterprise), and IT vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Meeting Management Handle the scheduling, agendas, and minutes for department meetings. Ensure that meetings are well-organized and that all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CIO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Communication Serve as the liaison between the CIO and other departments and other executive admins, ensuring that information is communicated effectively and efficiently.
- Financial Management Oversee the financial operations of the IT department, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts aligned with the broader financial reporting and analysis function at CCI.
- Office and Vehicle Management Manage the scheduling, use, and maintenance of IT department vehicles. Ensure that office facilities are well-maintained and that all necessary supplies, offices, workspaces, conference rooms and equipment are available.
- Event and Recognition Management Plan and coordinate department events and recognition programs. Ensure that events are well-organized and that employees are recognized for their contributions.

- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
