Clyde’s Restaurant Group is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our corporate and marketing team!

Bring your creative vision to life as a Graphic Designer with Clyde’s Restaurant Group, where you’ll shape the branding for 13 iconic restaurants and a renowned live music venue in the vibrant Washington DC / Baltimore region. This is an onsite position with the opportunity to work remotely depending on business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CORPORATE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Create high quality, visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral from conception to final product — signage, website graphics, digital & prints ads, brochures, special event collateral, social media campaigns, video editing, promotional items, and more.

Ensure consistency in design elements, messaging, and brand guidelines across all platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

Work closely with various corporate departments and restaurant teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with business goals. Support the corporate team in creating presentations, manuals, and other documents as needed.

Collaborate with Venue Marketing Manager on production of printed posters, digital signage, menus, and other needs for our music venue.

Art directing contracted photographers, illustrators, printers, or agencies.

Be a brand ambassador and a guardian of brand standards.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CORPORATE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

3 years of graphic design experience, including creative photography / videography and design production.

Extensive expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and hands-on experience with HTML

Experience working in both print and digital design and production processes.

Strong portfolio of digital and print work

Passion for brand strategy and innovative design

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, managing multiple projects

Interest in hospitality, food & beverage, and restaurants, and alignment with Clyde’s Restaurant Group's mission and values.
