We’re seeking an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team! As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the sales department and ensuring the smooth communication between customers and all company departments. You will assist our sales personnel in scheduling appointments, closing jobs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Expected to Do
- Sales Appointment Scheduling: Take and schedule incoming sales appointments to meet customer needs.
- Sales Support: Assist Comfort Consultants in closing sales through phone calls, email correspondence, verbal communication, and showroom assistance.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and job progress.
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring clear communication regarding job progress, permits, inspections, and finance documents.
- Job Completion: Bill installations. Apply for extended warranties and rebates, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, address issues, and ensure any unresolved concerns are directed to the appropriate department for resolution.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) in business, marketing, or related discipline (experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to plan and organize
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, CRM

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per week
