Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct research and development projects focused on crop production and soil management.
- Analyze data using GIS and data analysis skills to inform agricultural practices.
- Design and implement experimental trials to evaluate new farming techniques.
- Collaborate with farmers to provide guidance on crop selection, pest management, and fertilization strategies.
- Utilize biochemistry knowledge to assess soil health and nutrient availability.
- Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets for improved decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proficiency in research development methodologies related to agriculture.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with experimental design principles in agricultural research.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
