Experience:
Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire a full-time District Manager to assist our managers in the operation of our brand new, state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. The District Manager will work directly under the Director of Operations and is responsible for upholding the Caliber Standards of all personnel under your supervision.
The District Manager provides strategic direction for the team of Store Managers (SMs) and acts as the primary support for the SMs in his/her designated area. The District Manager must convey the Caliber culture to his/her staff and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Caliber Car Wash.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership: Mentors all positions within his/her operational area to ensure a high level of engagement and success. Maintains availability for development of all operational personnel.
Maintain Culture: Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Caliber’s Mantra and Core Values.
Training and Development: Trains and develops SMs; manages career expectations for the management team; clearly conveys standards. Ensures constant pipeline of Certified Managers is readily available.
Operational Assistance: Assists SMs to ensure car washes are delivering the Caliber Standard with exceptional Customer Experience and Quality.
Leverage Support: Utilize support managers to identify and mitigate any needs in current business quality. Manage expectations of Support Managers in the planning, development, and execution of operational improvement projects.
Develops and Manages Business Planning Processes: Works with the SMs to develop, implement, and manage a goal-oriented business plan for each car wash; analyzes external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those improvements should be implemented.
Manage Strategic Initiatives: Understands and delivers the purpose and requirements of all Company programs. Leads his/her respective Operational Area in the execution of these programs. Directly accountable to, develops strategies & directs support of Marketing Managers, Training Managers and Talent Managers.
Financial Accountability: Maintains full responsibility for financial performance directly impacting car wash operations. Oversees the financial performance of his/her team of SMs; works with the finance team to analyze individual car washes and the district; makes recommendations for improvements. Accountable to all aspects of the car wash EBITDA – planning, management, and performance.
Financial Analysis: Analyzes business trends and financial data to assess and improve district performance, both operationally and financially.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
For external hire:
A minimum of 18 months of multi-unit management with a proven record of success required, preferably in the carwash or similar quick-serve style industries.
Minimum of 5 years of single-site management with a record of success in increasing site’s volume and revenue or promotions to higher-volume sites.
For internal promotion:
Minimum of six months (12 months preferred) as a Store Manager with Caliber
Employee must be in good standing and have a proven record of performance and multiple location experience
Experience in an organization where he/she had specific career progression
Knowledge of the Car Wash industry as well as proven record of attaining KPIs
Knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of store
Knowledge and skills in staffing with proven record of results
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office, Jolt, Sonny’s and Asana (being able to adapt to new systems easily)

Budget, Revenue and Conversion at 10% or above according to plan
NPS score minimum 50

Pay: $80,000 , plus bonuses and commission
