Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage schedules and appointments for team members, optimizing time management.
- Coordinate event planning, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training development as needed.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records for all employees.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files.
- Maintain effective communication through phone systems and email correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an office setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff.

Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour
