About the Role:
CM Medical are currently partnered with a leading flavor manufacturer that are looking to add to their already successful team. You'll be a sweet specialist working across the beverage, health & wellness, Dairy and Sweet goods categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize flavor formulations to meet client needs
- Conduct sensory evaluations and troubleshoot flavor challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Work cross-functionally to support product development and commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 5 years of flavor creation experience.
- Must be certified (preferably from the Society of Flavor Chemists).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
