Responsibilities:
Independent creation and duplication of flavors
Oversee junior members of the creative staff
Participate in Quality Control.
Delegate projects using customized software.
Train junior team members and act as a resource for members of the creative staff
Assist in assigning training exercises for Flavor Trainees and Jr. Flavor Chemists
Attend industry meetings to gain knowledge of industry innovations.
Work with Sales Director on promotional items for industry shows and marketing.
Qualifications:
Four to Seven years as a flavorist. The Company will train for the certification test. Technical degree. Located in central NJ. Must be outgoing and willing to work with others--a TEAM PLAYER. Knowledge of sweet flavors is a plus. The company provides flavors for many alcohol, cannabis and vegan product manufacturers. The company will assist in relocation but the person must be authorized to work in the USA.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
