What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Site Manager position at CMC Denver?
CMC Denver is a mid-size commercial general contractor, design-build and development firm. Our projects consist of commercial construction including industrial, manufacturing, schools, banks, multifamily and specialty projects.
The current Superintendent position has the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of current project, scope and construction documents
- On site supervision of construction activities
- Oversight of progress, safety, quality control, schedule and cost
- Daily reports, 3 weeks schedule, overall project schedule
- Subcontractor & safety meetings
- Interaction with Owners, Architects & engineers, and subcontractors
- Review of construction drawings, submittals, shop drawings
- Prepare & evaluate scope & bid analysis
- Punch list, close out and warranty
General requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS project
- OSHA Certification, safety training classes or similar
- BA construction management or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial construction
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial construction
- Dependable, ethical, results oriented along with strong communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
