I’m the direct recruiter for a Construction Site Manager / Superintendent - with a 20-year, high-end-service residential / commercial General Contractor near you.
Salary to $80K or more, LARGE per project bonus, growth, paid benefits, 401k match, profit sharing
As Construction Site Manager / Superintendent with Baumgartner Custom Builders ( https : / / bcbaspen.com / )- you’ll be responsible for a wide range of daily projects coordination, safety, budget, schedule, quality standards, to customers’ satisfaction, being well-versed in all construction methodologies / procedures able to coordinate a multi-discipline team to achieve best results.

Safety / Quality Control Plan Development / Implementation
Cost Control / Budget Management
Risk Assessment / Risk Management
Identify field driven RFI’s / communication to Project Manager
In-depth knowledge of drawings / CD
Work with engineers, architects etc. to determine project specs; meet as required
Define resources- manpower / equipment / materials - from start to finish within budget
Set terms / negotiate vendor contracts to reach profitable agreements
Process day-to-day administrative items : RFI's, submittals, time tracking, procurement
Get permits / licenses from appropriate authorities
Prepare equipment / material / monitor stocks to handle inadequacies
Lead / supervise / support contractors / allocate responsibilities
Analyze progress / submit detailed reports
Ensure crews meet daily / weekly production goals
REQUIREMENTS
5 years’ Construction Project Manager experience note above PLUS :
M-F with occasional weekends / holidays
Computer use including iPad / tablet device
MS Office / construction software (ProCore, CoConstruct, MS Project)
Uploading / managing web document storage
Certification / PMP a plus
